Switching

How easy is it to switch?


Easy. A quick phone call to get to know each other and your current website situation and we’ll have a plan to move you over. We’ve done this a fish-ton of times!




What’s the cost to switch?


$0. No cost to switch. In many cases, we can even buy you out of your current contract if you have one.




Can we use our domain name?


Yep. This is super common and something we do all the time. All we need is your domain authorization code to initiate the transfer and connect your new website. We will work with you so that there is little to no downtime with your website and email during the transition.




What if I already have a contract/agreement with another company?


No problem! Contact us to learn how we can help buyout your existing contract.




Can we keep our email address?


Yes. We connect to Outlook, G Suite, and more. We can also forward a branded email to your personal email so you can maintain just one inbox.




Will switching affect our search ranking?


No. Your online ranking factors (directory listings, Google reviews, etc...) remain the same. However, we do add keywords to improve your search ranking.




Is there a contract?


Yes. Our contracts are annual, but paid monthly. So there are no setup fees or upfront costs. We can even buy out your existing contract.

What’s your support response time?


We offer phone and email support 9am to 5pm EST from Monday through Friday. We respond to all support requests imidiately, and aim to resolve any issue or updates in 1 to 2 business days.

Are your sites mobile-friendly?


YES! They are actually responsive to all devices. Meaning, the size adjusts to your screen whether it’s a phone, tablet, or desktop across Apple, Microsoft, or Android products. And our websites load fast (which is great for customers).




Do you build sites from scratch?


Yes. We’re a great, affordable option to getting online when you’re first starting out.




Can I edit my own site?


Yes. You completely own your site. We’ll give you all the login credentials you’ll need to edit and maintain your site. And if you need help with updates, we can help there, too.




Do we need to login for website inquiries/when someone submits the contact page form (or any form)?


Nope. When someone submits a contact page form, other forms, or emails you from your website, you can respond directly from your email inbox.
